The short version

What we collect

When you send a form

When you use a form (submit a spot, a sponsor inquiry or the newsletter), we receive what you type, like your name, email and message. Forms are delivered to our inbox by an email-forwarding service (FormSubmit). We use these details only to reply, review your submission or send the newsletter you asked for.

Site measurement

We may count visits, video views and clicks on sponsored placements so we can report totals to sponsors. If we do, we record the page, the type of event, the referring website and the time. We don't use cookies or device IDs for this, and we don't try to identify you. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't record anything.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses for security. See GitHub's privacy statement.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We don't sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically. You don't have to do anything.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, or ask us to see or delete what you've sent us. DM @crenshawvisuals or use the contact form and write "privacy request".

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
